If, for some reason, we can't, we'll let you know why and when we will ship your order.

The Ayrstone AyrMesh Hub is covered by our "no matter what" guarantee for 90 days. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, just let us know; we'll give you instructions to send the unit back and refund your money. The Ayrstone AyrMesh Hub is also guaranteed against defects for one year from the date of purchase.

Ayrstone Return Policy

Ayrstone Productivity LLC stands behind our products.

If you need to return an Ayrstone AyrMesh product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send it to us.

Please contact us via email at support@ayrstone.com to get an RMA number.

Once you have the RMA number, please write the RMA, along with your name, address, phone number and your reason for return on a piece of paper and put it inside the package with the product you are returning. When we provide the RMA number, we will also give you the address of the support facility to which the merchandise must be sent.
